Orders & Shipping
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days from the receipt of payment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, however all orders are sent via Royal Mail (Tracked 48).
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Enjoy FREE delivery when you purchase 2 or more sets of Positive Emotion Cards. 🎉 (Automatically applied at checkout.)
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment we only ship within the UK, but we’re working on expanding!
Can I cancel or amend my order after placing it?
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee amendments or cancellations. If you need assistance, email us at hello@amayzen.co.uk as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help!
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Yes! We offer a 14-day return policy on physical products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery. (Full details can be found in our [Refund Policy].)
Can I return or exchange a digital product?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital products are non-refundable. However, if you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us at hello@amayzen.co.uk, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Can I cancel and refund a workshop booking?
We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your booking, please email us at hello@amayzen.co.uk at least 24 hours before the workshop start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop are non-refundable, as we have already prepared materials and reserved your spot.
If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your booking to someone else- just let us know their details via email.

Workshops
What do I need to bring to a workshop?
Nothing! Just yourself and an open mind. If anything specific is required (e.g. comfortable clothing for a yoga-based session in a collaborative workshop), we’ll let you know in your confirmation email.
Do you offer corporate or private workshops?
Yes! We offer customised workshops for businesses, small teams, and private groups. If you’d like to arrange one, please fill out our enquiry form [link here] or email us at hello@amayzen.co.uk.
Digital Products
How will I receive my digital Positive Emotion Cards?
Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive instant access to your digital download via the confirmation page. A backup email will also be sent to your inbox with the download link.
Do digital products expire?
Nope! You have unlimited access to your files once purchased, so you can use them whenever you like.
Bulk Orders & Corporate Discounts
Do you offer bulk discounts on products?
